On a mission..
I’ve always been somewhat athletic and had a bigger build, I used to play baseball growing up, ride bikes, play football with friends, and skateboard a ton. A couple of injuries in the past few years messed my back and leg up and, combined with working on the computer all the time, I put on about 30 pounds. Well, I’m sick of it. I hate being overweight and having a gut. I am on a mission to get back to my ideal weight of about 190. I could care less what other think about my weight, I just want to be where I want to be, for me.
I plan on joining a couple of buddies for jiu jitsu every week and working out at least every other day for 30-60mins. So far so good, I’ve worked out at least 4 times this last week. I almost want to put together an actual workout regime. I’ve been working out for years though so I kinda just throw together a few good complimentary excerises and do it until fatigue. It’s worked for me before so I’m sure it will again. Pretty soon I think I’ll start doin the Jason Statham workout or a mix of that and the P90X workout which Ben is swearing by.
Nutritionally, I’m going to cut back my calorie intake and steer clear of Jack in the Box and mexican food. It’s gonna be hard because everyone always brings it over but I think I can do it. I’m going to allow myself one cheater meal a week.

So, Ben has convinced me of the advantages of the P90X workout and after reading around about it, it seems to be the ish.
So here we go, 90 days from now we’ll see how uber ripped I am, lol.
